Hi All,

Some context with regards to the original PCN Invoice which was issued via post, I parked in the surgery car park out of surgery hours to run into the supermarket next door.

The original PCN Invoice was delivered whilst I was on holiday, the reminder also arrived whilst I was still away and so my opportunity to appeal had come and gone. Fast forward to today and I have received a Letter Before Action – Claim for Debt.
