UKPC never provide the required “period of parking” to transfer liability from the unknown driver to the registered keeper under PoFA 2012. There are sample appeals here, do not identify the driver, the appeal will be rejected but it’s the start of a process which will probably lead to £0 after several months of hassle.

I accept not the best parking ever, but only just parked over the line (see photo below) and could not see lines when I park due to rain and sun shining through.
