As above regarding relevant land but as for not seeing the signs, the driver might want to go to SpecSavers, I was there yesterday and there are signs and banners everywhere, been there for months.

Just search the forum for APCOA Manchester and you will find a defence prepared by b789 that you’ll be able to use. It worked for me.

Yes, still not relevant land, and APCOA usually cancel when confronted by someone that knows this.

hi the driver got a parking charge from picking up at manchester airport.   i am the registered keeper.
the driver didn't realise there was a need to pay and didn't see any signs as otherwise would have paid to avoid anpr and the aggravation.
