Half in or even 10% in makes no difference to them, they want your money so will reject anything you submit to them. And lookinng at the video shows about 2/3rds of the car on the bus stop yellow line, so you're not in a good place, I'm afraid. Remember, to board/alight passengers you have an exemption on single or double-yellow lines, provided there is no loading ban. But just stopping in a controlled bus stop is a contravention. Yes, a hard lesson but if you take them to London Tribunals the adjudicator will just look at the video and find for the council.

Sorry to have to say all the above, but that is the reality of motoring life in London nowadays. If they didn't earn such huge sums from PCNs I doubt they would be as zealous.

Yes on the yellow line would have been fine.

Someone may have something on other issues.

Hi, half my car was in the box thinking I was on the single yellow and I stopped to pick up someone for around 20 seconds. Any chance I can make a representation or shall I just pay up.
