See my remarks re your third PCN at the same location. The plain fact is you are n ot obeying a clear sign for No Left Turn.
Are you following satnav instructions perchance ?

Hello I have a blue badge for mental health and sometimes I see things others don't and can't see things others can.

I've managed to rack up 4 TfL PCNs and this is the fourth - no left turn into Courthill Road from Lewisham High Street.

I don't remember anything about this but if the signs had been adequate I would not have turned i think but I have two of these so I don't know what's going on.

Please can you help me?
