How long have you been driving, because getting so many PCNs indicates to me you need to seriously review how you drive, notwithstanding your stated problem ? As I said before, your BB is not a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free card.

Traffic light show clear No Left and No Right turn arrows; did you not see them ? As said before, I can't see any robust argument for PCN cancellation, maybe others will, and advise.

Hello I have a blue badge for mental health and sometimes I see things others don't and can't see things others can.

I've managed to rack up 4 TfL PCNs and this is the third - no left turn into Courthill Road from Lewisham High Street.

I don't remember anything about this but if the signs had been adequate I would not have turned i think.

Please can you help me?
