Here is the original PCN. Date issued 9/01/26 , parking dated 10/12/2025.
The driver Has been revealed to them during the response which was written as an initial answer to the PCN on their website.
Not sure about if reg was displayed on the ticket as the driver threw it to the bin way before receiving PCN.

Did the print out ticket show a VRN?
In the real world it should, but these PPC`s print what they want.

Please post up the original PCN.
It's highly likely that the PCN is not PoFA complaint.
Has the driver been revealed?

Hello everyone,
I came across a situation, where the driver have parked on a car park belonging to local leisure centre(ice rink), paid for 4 hours , left after 2 hours, genuinely placed a ticket on the windscreen, and a month later received a PCN with pictures from building camera attached. Parking is operated by Premier Park ltd.
When the driver responded to them with explaination that he or she paid at the machine, sent them proof from the bank, as it was paid with a credit card, and told them that they shouldn't bother the driver , they responded claiming that he or she have wrongly input the reg number of the car but in this situation they will allow driver to pay 20£ or go to Popla.
The thing is, that the driver was there with a freshly purchased car and was carefully inputting reg number into the machine so he or she doesnt belive to go wrong with it,but Who knows, because mistake van happen to anyone like for example 0 & O .Driver is not 100% sure if they lie or maybe they have a mistake on the system, but clearly a month later, driver didnt have the ticket rubbish anymore. Driver has a proof that he or she paid them that day and a higher amount they wanted.
What to do? The driver doesn't want to pay these crooks any penny if it's unnecessary as the parking was honestly paid for. But if it is possible that a part of reg was wrong somehow and they would have strong grounds to win the dispute, should the driver pay 20£ for them to get lost? There was no PCN on the window , just these camera pics from the building.
