Suspension said 12/02/2026 - 12/02/2026 (inclusive). Domestic Removal. There was no times mentioned.
????
Notice says 5th Feb
With no times on the suspension, one would think the suspension is the same as the controlled hours, but unfortunately this is not so. The sign means the whole 24 hours is suspended, but I agree it is confusing.
However, for fuller advice, please read this and update your thread accordingly:-

Hello all,
First time posting here. Hope you can help.
Residents bay had a parking suspension stating suspension for today. Suspension said 12/02/2026 - 12/02/2026 (inclusive). Domestic Removal. There was no times mentioned.
THe suspension was on the sign post of the main parking sign which specifies permite holders only between 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday.
I parked there last night and intended to move my car before 9am today. But I got the PCN at 7:39am.
Does a parking suspension which only has a date and no times specified mean the bay is suspended from midngight by default, even if the bay is marked as controlled only between 9am and 7pm? Or does the suspension need to indicate something like "24 hours" or similar for that to occur?
Have attached image of the sign.
Thanks in advance!
