Let's see their letter but it sounds like they'll cancel if you provide evidence.

Do you have a contract, worksheet, invoice, bills etc. You can also get a statement from whomever you were doing the job for.

On the 27th of nov 2025 I got a pcn from an enforcement officer who recognised me from a time he previously was not able to give me a ticket. He recognised my van, and waited for a specific opportunity to take evidence photos that misrepresented the situation. I was loading for a job that was being done (taking stuff away from site and dropping off some bags of cement) I appealed and sent evidence of the dropped off items, and explained the pictures that the officer took intentionally crop out my side door which was open. Despite all of this, I was not even there for 20 minutes, which was clear in the original PCN.

I appealed the pcn on my own, and they have responded back (via letter, not email mind you) that they cannot accept the evidence presented, and would like me to send more evidence (a job sheet, delivery note, etc). Anything I should know at this stage?
