Penalty Charge Notice (https://imgpile.com/p/ctKUe6t) (PCN) was issued to the registered keeper of the red Suzuki. The PCN relates to a failure to pass to the
left of a sign.
A width restriction barrier caused a white van to become completely immobilized. This is clearly documented on the PCN. The van driver exited the vehicle, adjusted his mirrors, but was unable to move the van. Our driver waited approximately one to two minutes before carefully passing the stuck vehicle on the right-hand side. There were no police officers present at the time. Is there a chance to get it cancelled?
Thank you.
