Title: Re: APCOA parking - outside of bay - Haddenham and Thame Parkway

Regardless of what is in the images (I didn’t look once I was sent adverts), note that it is our past experience that APCOA doesn’t “do” court, so on that basis one option could be to ignore this completely. Come back if a Letter of Claim appears and update your address with them if you move.
Title: APCOA parking - outside of bay - Haddenham and Thame Parkway

The driver arrived at the car park to find it full. This is a parkway station and it is very unlikely to find parking nearby as there is only a small village nearby, and other than that only roads that would not be suitable to park on. The driver found a spot next to a bay which did not have any double yellow lines (there are some within the car park) and did not block any other vehicles from leaving. The driver parked the car and left, and were later issued a parking charge. Parking was paid for the full duration of the car being in the car park.

Personally, I am not the Registered Keeper (family member is RK) but I am insured to drive the car.
