Title: Re: Manchester council, bus lane, portland street

Indeed, that seems like the most likely explanation. I have been PCN'd here before but it was a while ago, and I remember driving down it recently and not reeceiving the PCN.

Is it best to pay it at the discounted rate now, or is there any way out of it??
The signs seem clear enough on GSV, so I cannot see any robust appeal case, sorry to say it. Have you looked at their video yet ?

Bus lanes and this bus gate all have signs showing they operate 24x7, so how you got away with it before puzzles me.

Hello

I have receieved this bus lane charge. I am confused as i often drive down this road, and have not got a PCN before.

I wanted to know whether this is worth appealing or asking for more information before I go ahead and just blindly pay the requested amount.

Thanks
