There is a new version which can be submitted via MCOL.

many thanks for your reply.
I think I have found the defence you are referring to, https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/bcp-legal-have-issued-a-claim-form/ .
Can you confirm this is the correct one.

As you haven't been in contact with them, the PCN is not so important. DCBL have used their usual sub-standard particulars of claim. There is a std defence b789 has posted which will be appropriate. In the unlikely event they push it as far as a witness statement you should get to see the PCN and then you can pick holes in the compliance to transfer liability to the keeper. I'll find a link with the defence.

The vast majority of UKPC claims via DCB Legal are discontinued , but we can’t make any promises, you just have to stay the course.
-
No worries will just pay it in that case, thanks for checking.

The posters here are very knowledgeable and can give you invaluable advice under most circumstances.
Without any of the original paperwork then they're going to struggle to help you.

Unfortunately I do not have any of the original letters, they were inadvertently disposed of. I have reposted the claim form with the dates visible. https://imgpile.com/p/3Bgmcnk

Please post up the original PCN. Only cover personal details. No need to cover dates!
-
Please can anyone advise?

Apologies I forgot to add the link

Unfortunately I don't have any of the original letters they sent.

If you want anything other than vague generic advice I suggest you read https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/ and post the documents you refer to for us to see.

Hello,
I received a county court claim on 23rd January. I have ignored all correspondence.
From my basic understaunderstanding I need to file acknowledgement of service then send the template defence statement to DCB and cc in the court, is that correct.
Many thanks.
