If the restricted time is 2:45 to 3:45 then I shouldn't have received a pcn at all though!!
PCN timed at 15.36, so well within the restricted time.

Yes if I remember correctly, I slowed down to read the sign. Honestly can't remember if I just had a senior moment or if I took my chances on the minute. I tried to find the sign on google, apple maps but nothing.

If the restricted time is 2:45 to 3:45 then I shouldn't have received a pcn at all though!!

Edit: I've just seen the sign in the image you linked, thank you so much for that. I am very confused as to how i've gotten a penalty from this? And with such blurry evidence photos it seems almost intentional?

In the evidence photos and videos, the signage is way too blurry and pixelated to clearly see what time the restriction is for. Do I have an appeal based on this fact? Sign is not available to view on google maps either.
Unfortunately not. The assumption is that you passed the sign, so were well able to read it as it conforms with the regulations for size and visibility. You need to be able to prove this assumption is incorrect.  Did you understand what the sign meant ?

Looking at the nearest sign, I can just about read the restricted times, which are 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm

I looked at their video which shows a head-on approach. You seemed to hesitate a bit before proceeding past the signs. A car in front of you went past, but could have been a permit holder. So did you slow down to read the sign ?

On Thu, 18 Dec 2025 15:36 (one minute into the restriction timeframe I think) I entered a "Healthy Schools" Restricted Pedestrian zone.

In the evidence photos and videos, the signage is way too blurry and pixelated to clearly see what time the restriction is for. Do I have an appeal based on this fact? Sign is not available to view on google maps either.
