The CEO recorded LO73FCO instead of LO73FCD.

The PCN cannot be enforced but keep it safe as evidence just in case.

You can inform them as a courtesy but at least there's no wrong keeper to get an NTO.

While you're here check the name and address are correct on the logbook of the keeper.

A friend was given this parking ticket - but they got his Vehicle Reg number wrong!
