Hi,
The initial PCN would need to be appealed within the next 6 days.
Is it best to do this or wait for them to send a notice to keeper.

Thank you for any help with this. 🙏

Please show us the PCN, read https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/

When? There is a critical recent change in the law which makes a difference.

In any case, our experience is that APCOA never “do” court.

Dear All,

Driver paid the appropriate parking fee but received a PCN left on the window for parking outside the white lines. This was in Cuffley Station Car Park administered by APCOA.

GTR03 Failure to park wholly within an authorised, marked parking bay

£100 fine or reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days etc.

Went to the APCOA appeals portal and the website did not recognise the ticket details.

Should I write with an appeal. Or liaise with the Registered Keeper regarding what to do when a NtK arrives?

Thanks,
Pig
