Good for Barnet - there are a growing number of councils that take a hardline on such errors, and blatantly disregard their duty to act fairly.

But make sure you double check in future as they won't let you off a second time.

Receipt says VRM SA69 OTW
PCN says VRM SY10 UWD

So someone made a mistake.... CEO or elpscar?

OK so the VRM on the PCN and the VRM on the payment are different...

Came back to my car at the time of my parking expiry (15:08). Below is the email receipt of parking.

PCN issued at 15:08!

Web portal shows contravention time as 15:08:10 to show an "overstay" of 10 seconds.

Which way is best to guarantee this gets cancelled because this one is so predatory  ???
