Please give us the reg mark and PCN number, and also a GSV link to the location, and the remaining pages of the PCN.

Hello all,

I have today received a PCN for contravention "53C Failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian and cycle zone".

Is there any basis for this to be appealed?

The satnav didn't mention anything about the timing restriction.
