Postal PCN or affixed to vehicle?

Please post all sides of unredacted PCN (if postal redact name & address only)

Hello, Received Haringey London PCN for parking in a restricted area. Vehicle is registered under company name and all our drivers can drive this particular van. The problem is we are not aware where they (drivers) park for loading. We got PCN with evidence but there is no vehicle on the picture.
