Please post a GSV link to the exact location, please.

However, on the face of it, from your video, you are parked in a marked bay, albeit the markings are not well maintained, but are mostly visible. If you parked in a marked bay you have a duty as a motorist to go and look for the sign for the bay, and your video shows there is one. Not a good start for a winning appeal at London Tribunals methinks, but see what the others say.

INTRO:
Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this.

Basically I did break the parking rules here but I think it was really unclearly marked and the roads are in brutal conditions.

WHAT I HOPE FROM THIS POST:
I would really like to know a more educated opinion on whether or not the markings and signage of this area constitute grounds upon which to make an appeal.

GROUNDS FOR APPEAL:
The road markings are really faint and lots of them are missing so the zone was unclear.

The sign distance from my vehicle was far away and I genuinely didn't think it applied to my spot because of the combination of distance and worn markings.

VISUALS:
My vehicle WAS where the WHITE TESLA is parked.
