That's also in the folder labelled 'PCN SYDNEY ROAD LBR'. It's Redbridge Council. Hope I've understood everything as I'm not so familiar with abbreviations. Thanks.

Simply give us the PCN and VRM details and the council.

Not sure how to find those details apart from going back and taking a photo, especially as the maps view is out of date. I have a picture sent to me from the sign/view of the road at the time in my original G Drive folder labelled 'PCN LBR SR - 1'. Thanks

Thanks for getting back to me:

Is this ok?
Not really ! You've posted a GSV view which is in the middle of a crossroads. We want a view that shows the sign and the bay markings.

Please post a GSV link to the exact location. We need to see what exactly that sign has on it.
Also never ever assume anything about parking and traffic restrictions in London.

Hi all (newbie here),
Just wanted to check if anyone could advise me on whether I have grounds for appeal. Having looked through other users who were issued a PCN for this road, I am unsure if any of the successful appeals would apply to my situation, ie. the sign had since been lowered to drivers' eyeline, the ambiguous 'term-time only' wording had been removed at the time of the 'contravention'. I just didn't know the road well, wanted to access a shop for 2 minutes and assumed I could park as it was before the workday (8:54am).
Looking forward to hearing some advice! Thank you:
