Title: 53J pcn Signage newly installed across the road from where I lived for 22 years.

PCN just stated that I'd contravened 53J. No explanation. Because it was across the road from where I'd lived for 22 years I thought it was a scam and ignored it. After the notice to owner I tried to appeal but after filling in the whole appeal form the final confirmation box didn't work and then I got timed out. Tried again with the same result. Tried to phone, no answer.
A month later I got another, same 53J In a SYON Road. I've never driven along Syon road, I was being directed by my dughter and CROSSED Syon road but I still don't know where. The photo evidence shows a very tightly cropped photo of my car and nothing else. I still don't kow what part of Syon road I'd crossed to this day so know nothing of any signage but again went through all the same routine as before and found that the confirmation box was the same.
Now I'm getting bailiffs letters for £190 and I don't know if that for one contravention or both.
Can anything be done or have I left it too late?
