Title: Issued PCN in residential parking space but parking restrictions not in place

Greenwich Council issues a ticket. Appeal submitted stating we do not have restrictions in place since 2022(successful petition). All signages covered. Packed underneath signage HW22 which had reaped off. In appeal as a resident stated we are not aware of the implementation of permit neither were we consulted.

I received a letter objecting to appeal and request payment or notice to owner will follow etc and if lost will need to pay £160.00

I approach parking lot earlier today and signage now covered. Picture taken.

Pls can anyone advice further

Thank you so much
