The previous traffic light offence should have no bearing on whether you are offered a speed awareness course.

hi everyone

Got a NIP for driving 36 in a 30 zone on the A4 in west london near Heathrow. Question I had is will the Met Police offer a speed awareness course if I already have 3 points for a traffic light offence back in 2023 (TS10). I hadn’t done a speed awareness course before.
