The timeplate is on a post adjacent to the parking bay next to the line but close enough I guess to be clear.

The PCN looks kosher to me. Here is the location and its sign for the yellow line, telling us your PCN was well within the restricted period. So at the moment, I see no robust appeal argument at London Tribunals. The council will, of course, reject any reps you submit.

There may be a 'technical' appeal based on Lewisham mismanagement of the enforcement process, so wait a bit to see what is suggested. Appeals of this nature are invariably dealt with at London Tribunals with the full PCN penalty i play. If you win, you pay nothing, if you lose you pay the penalty, but there are no additional costs.

I left my car overnight outside Forest Hill station on a single yellow line. I was unexpectedly delayed in collecting it the next morning and got a ticket at 09:15

While this looks absolutely bang to rights I thought I had better check to see all the paper work is as it should be before I take the hit and pay up.

Thank you for your consideration.
