Prod me when you receive it. Sorry, if you receive it. And immediately check their website.

We await with interest. This location must be a nice little earner for Lambeth, as most people just cough-up when the PCN arrives. OK, so Lambeth "only" get the discount, which itself is a tidy sum bearing in mind it's money for old rope.

Thank you for your reply and yes I have seen Hippocrates and would be aware that there would be risk in appealing.
Appreciate I’ve probably jumped the gun in starting a thread about a PCN yet to be appealed so happy to wait until I’ve actually received it.

Well, we certainly cannot give you any advice on a PCN yet to be received, but 'Hippocrates' has been developing 'technical' appeals based on council mismanagement of the enforcement process in general, so may have something about the Lambeth postal PCNs used to enforce Salter's Hill. I presume you are aware that such appeals are invariably dealt with at London Tribunals with the full PCN penalty in play; councils never admit fault in their processes.

Hi all. This is a preemptive post. Yesterday, I failed to give way at Salter’s Hill. I’ve no excuse, I was having a terrible day and made a mistake.
I can see from recent threads that some users are challenging these on the basis that the dates on the PCN were wrong, so I’ve come to this forum to see if there is any technicality that I may be able to rely on to avoid paying the PCN - or simply whether I should just pay it.
Grateful for any advice. And of course when I inevitably get the PCN I can post it.
