We're still working on partial information, as we don't have copies of exactly what you put in your appeal.

That said, with this being DCB Legal, there's a good chance they'll discontinue as long as you defend. If you do some research on here for other DCB Legal threads you'll see some other threads with defences based on DCB submitting deficient particulars of claim. These often result in the claim being discontinued.

Please don't bump your thread if you don't immediately receive a response. Imgbb seems to be down for me at the moment so I'm struggling to open your image - I'll try again later.

The usual rubbish from DCB Legal.
Wait for further advice here. It’s a well-trodden path.
You’ve got until 18 January to submit a defence, so don’t rush into anything yet. The AOS you mention extends this deadline.

You haven’t.

4. Post photos of the signage in the car park – where possible, you should upload photos showing the layout of the signage in the car park, including any signs at the entrance(s), as well as close-ups showing the text on the signs. Where possible, you should also include a link to a Google Street View of the car park, as this can give a more thorough picture of the layout.

There is some upload space on this site but it's quite limited, so it's best to upload to a picture hosting site (such as https://imgbb.com/ or similar) and post links - see Posting Images for more info

DONE THE READ THIS ALREADY ..... INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR ON HOW TO ATTACH NOTICE ? IT SAYS POST ?? SORRY FOR THE NUISANCE

3. Post the notice(s) you have received – as well as providing important context, the notices may contain/omit details that can be used to help you successfully fight the charge. Upload photos of any and all notices you have received from the parking company. You should show us all pages of the notice(s), remove personal details (name/address, PCN reference number, Vehicle Registration Mark), but show us all dates and times. Details that you think are trivial could help you win, so don’t leave anything out.

https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/ includes a link on how to add documents to the thread. You also need to stop using “I”.

We can help if you can post the documents you’re referring to, redacting only your personal details as covered in the READ THIS FIRST.

Hope all is well. Working as doctor in NHS Hospital. Parked my car in a wrong bay ( suppose to be for midwives ) though displayed my parking permit. Did not realise but got the ticket twice on the same day which was 07/04/2025. Contested to POLPA but the appeal got rejected. They pursued me for money but I did not pay as I feel I had a permit and they should have given me a warning rather than a ticket. I never parked there again. Now I got a letter from HM courts & Tribunal service to respond to the claim otherwise claimant will request CCJ. What should I do ? I don't even remember as I was new to the hospital and most of the POLPA appeals got accepted and quashed but for this one they are asking money. I feel very frustrated as I work as a doctor and sometime there is no parking space and the patients are waiting inside the hospital whilst we are trying to park our cars ! See if you can help ?
