Thanks for the reply. The layout makes it very confusing as well as with the bidirectional arrows showing turn right/left which have not been erased completely since the change of the road layout (possibly after August 2025 as seen in GSV).

Will await other comments as suggested. Thanks

The video shows a clear contravention; were you not aware of the meaning of the "Flying Motorbike" signs ? There has been a similar case on here, with the same layout, but a different location, I think. I'm not sure how it turned out. This is a very recent change as GSV of August 2025 doesn't show it.

There may be a 'technical' appeal based on WF mismanagement of the enforcement process, so don't pay-up immediately, and wait to see what may be suggested. Appeals have been won on payment and appeal webpage errors. DOwnside is such appeals are normally only dealt with at London Tribunals with the full PCN penalty in play, but that is all, there are no other costs, and if you win, nothing to pay.

Hi everyone, I’m not local to the area (I’m in Nottinghamshire).
I visited the Great Hall on 20th December and got a PCN for a very confusing no motorised vehicle sign between Adelaide Road E10 / York Road E10A.

1. I entered to park around to look for parking but was met with confusing signs. The road used to be NO ENTRY straight ahead (only right or left turn) as at August 2025 images on Google Street View

2. The no motorised vehicle signs together with ROAD CLOSED signs have been introduced with double yellow markings on the road as seen in the CCTV footage however, the old bidirectional arrows for right and left turn are still visible on the ground making the No motorised vehicle sign difficult to understand where it applied to.

3. I turned right to look for parking but couldn’t get one so did a turn on the left side of the CCTV and was about to go look else where when I saw a space on the right side of the camera so I reversed into it (which was captured by the CCTV) as the contravention.

4. Can anyone be kind enough to send CURRENT images of entrance to the junction, the signs on entrances of the restriction area (especially the directional sign on the ground) and how possible I can appeal this? Thanks in advance.
