Do  lines on the edge of double red not mean red route has ended?

Contravention 46 is for stopping on red route.  This is not a red route but a faded bay.  Is the pcn still valid?

Contravention 46 yet this is a bay. Parked before 10am.  However the bay is not a red route marked by red lines so is the Contravention code incorrect?

Any chance of getting out of this?  The double reds are only on the diagonals of the bay alongside the bus lane. Misleading and can't see sign until pulled over?
