Title: Help with TfL Red Route PCN – Parked Loading Bay on 327 Commercial Road ,Whitechapel

Hi everyone,

I’ve received a Penalty Charge Notice from Transport for London for allegedly stopping on a red route (code 46: “Stopped where prohibited”) outside 327 Commercial Road, E1 at 14:44.
The PCN was issued by post based on CCTV evidence, and includes two images of my vehicle.

At the time, I was parked briefly while my friend went into a nearby shop to buy food.
I stayed in the car the entire time and did not leave the vehicle.

I’d really appreciate advice on:

Whether this type of PCN can be challenged successfully

What kind of evidence or arguments might help

Any examples of similar cases that were overturned
