i thought i had read that we shouldnt show the pcn number and car reg? what are my rejected reps? arent council photos the ones provided?
reps = Formal Representations i.e. what you wrote to the Council when you received the PCN.. The Council have rejected these, and we need to see what they have rejected.
The PCN should tell you how you can view online the evidence against you, which will be any photos and the video. Any photos on the PCN are extracted from the video.
Providing the PCN No. and Reg.Mark enables the experts here to find the online evidence if you can't and advise.

The right hand side of the PCN pages (I suspect you used the Insert an Image Button? You need to reduce the width to 600. I'll see if I can fix it for you with page 1, but for page 2 you have uploaded only a portion of the image -https://cdn.imgpile.com/f/VIo4pTY_xl.jpg -so you need to re-upload it there.).
You've obscured PCN number and Reg mark - what are they?
You need to post a copy of your rejected reps.

late at night first time going through this road didn't understand the contravention properly and appealed with bad reasoning any chance in second appeal or just pay?
