@paul@isleworth.plus.com you really need to show us the correspondence you have received.
-
I made an informal appeal on London Lambeth's 'Appeal a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)'.
- They wrote back to me via email and said they have decided not to cancel your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
- This was sent via email with an attached .pdf.
- But the council have made a mistake, they said "You can appeal to the Parking Adjudicator. You can either do this by post, using the enclosed form, or online
at www.trafficpenaltytribunal.gov.uk using PIN number ???. You have 28 days from the date of this letter being served to do this."
OP, there's no such thing as an 'informal appeal' which could generate a Notice of Rejection of Representations.
You definitely need to post the docs.

I can't see them wanting to contest an adjudication at London Tribunals !
But lets see the documents before final judgment is made.

Promises to be very interesting.

Hello, hopefully someone smarter than me can help please.
- I made an informal appeal on London Lambeth's 'Appeal a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)'.
- The letter should have directed me to https://www.londontribunals.gov.uk.
Q: Is this a valid reason to get this PCN rejected? If so, how?
Many thanks,
Paul
