both sides of the  unredacted PCN -  (leave everything in),
any council photos/video,
copies oy the challenge and of the rejection (only redact yr name & address)
and
a GSV link to the location.

My wife got a parking ticket the other day, she’d forgot her phone and asked me to pay for parking on the app, I did. But selected the wrong car registration.

I appealed and explained but they rejected. Should I continue the appeal?
