GSV is unfortunately six years out-of-date; there is no arrow directional sign, just the painted arrow on the carriageway. However, they could have added an arrow sign since, so you need to do some legwork and take photos and post them here.

Please describe your journey from proceeding along St James St and then resuming your journey back along St James St.

Waltham Forest, Coppermill Lane E17, 32t failure to proceed in the direction shown by the arrow on a blue sign (turning in the wrong direction)

Dropped my partner and daughter for a birthday at the entrance of Coppermill Lane, then turned around to leave.

The pics show an arrow sign on the road which is further inside the street, and I could not see it when turning around. There does not seem to be a blue sign (I checked on google streets and can't see it either so I assume it does not exist? https://maps.app.goo.gl/qJDGtKwVEf3yCnB97), contrary to what is said in the PCN.

This is almost identical to https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/waltham-forest-coppermill-lane-e17-contravention-32t-failing-to-follow-blue-sign/

How do I challenge this?
Thank you!
