White zig-zags mean you must have been parked near a pedestrian crossing. You'll find great difficulty getting this PCN cancelled. But let's see the documentation. If you can't post it, see if you can get a friend to help you do it.

Hi, I did read the before you post I've been trying to attach all images but can't on mobile and have no access to a computer
And yes apologies I mean white zig zags :(

Have a read of this and post the PCN and GSV so they can be reviewed.

I assume white dog zags is a typo and you mean the zig zags of a pedestrian crossing?

Just got a PCN for being on white dog zags on a completely empty street just no where to park while delivering parcels in the area. Was parked for less than 5 minutes and other warden said I should appeal and that his colleague is known for not being reasonable. What's the best course of action(https://ibb.co/SwVCd2Vw)
