Still worth calling to ask for the footage. I've seen adjudications won on the basis of TFL not providing the footage in a usable manner (i.e. DVDs are a bit obsolete). But you won't be able to argue that if you never even asked for it.

I should use that unclarity of wording as an argument? Should I request DVD to watch it? Even so I don't have any option to watch it anyway as no access to DVD.

Hello all

I just received the letter from TFL that I should pay a penalty charge for entering and stopping in a box junction. The only point for appeal I spot so far is that TFL did not provide any video evidence. I can only see 3 photos. I uploaded evidence here:

Can somebody spot any point to appeal except lack of video evidence?

Thank you

Please see the 1st link in my profile re the PCN.

Sorry to all, I must be staying up too late ! Yes it is indeed a TfL PCN. So where did I get Redbridge from ? Has the OP edited his initial post ?

Looks more like a TFL PCN to me - in which case, yes, there's no automatic access to the video footage.

You need to asap given TFL a call to request access to this - they will post it to you on a DVD.  They usually offer to put the PCN timeline on hold while they do this so make sure to double check about this when you call, especially with the slower post at this time of year.

This is a Redbridge PCN so why have you mentioned Transport for London ?
