No. Draft something and post here.

Sounds like it's worth a shot, do you have a template I can use?
-
As there are no pics online you could make a polite challenge saying you were loading to xxx and can't see any pictures on your site showing what I did wrong, and see what they say.
-
In a word no. One of the exemptions from loading restrictions is for house removals. There is no exemption for parking on the pavement.
-
I see, so in your view there really isn't anyway for me to spin this or any point in appealing at all

I've lived in London for 4 years, about 10 minutes away.
We were up and down the flat moving things pretty much for no more than 5 minutes ever.
Yes, fine, but of no relevance to the PCN unfortunately. As I said, if you'd kept on the carriageway by the double-yellow lines, you could claim the loading exemption.

Have you live in London long ? Reason I ask is that the bar on off-carriageway parking in London dates back to an Act of the 1970s, and no signs or lines are needed to indicate this restriction. If you'd stayed on the DYLs you would have had a very robust appeal argument of loading, which is an exemption to yellow lines. Looking at your GSV link, there is no loading restriction.
I cannot see a robust appeal argument unless the vehicle was continually attended whilst loading took place. That is the sole exemption to the restriction.

Hey all, thanks to everyone who will read this and give advice, thank you for your time and help.
Have been moving these two days and got this PCN while I was parked on the side of the road just unloading stuff into the new flat (15 Indescon Square it's right behind the spot). We've done 7 trips on 15/12 (monday) then halfway through our trips on 16/12 (tuesday) i got the PCN. I'm aware that it is a double yellow and i'm parked on the footpath but there are always cars here parked on double yellow and nothing happens to them, there are also multiple delivery trucks (sainsbury, amazon) throughout the day that park the same way I do on the sidewalk, unfortunately I got caught in the 5 minutes I was moving things up. I was also assured by the agency and the concierge team that it was fine for me to park on the road. When going onto the tower hamlets pcn website no images can be found either, not sure how helpful that is.
