Hi All.

First time poster so bear with me.

As the registered keeper of the vehicle in question, I have received a letter before claim from Gladstones for a pcn dated 01/02/2023, of which I have no prior knowledge of any previous correspondence

Upon requesting the original PCN (which is from National Parking Enforcement Ltd), it seems the driver was stopped on an unrestricted zone for 5 minutes and 34 seconds.

After viewing the pictured on the correspondence, I couldn't see the road the driver was parked on as it is just the vehicle photo but when I was sent another photo, the number plate of the vehicle is very blurred.

As the registered keeper, I genuinely have not received any previous correspondence regarding this so not sure what to do here?


Any advice is greatly appreciated.
