You may have a good chance of succeeding with a de minimis argument.

Hi guys, Hopefully you can help!

Ticket from Gloucestershire County Council PCN below

Cheltenham A40 Lansdown Road (Eastbound)

The bus lane is active 7am - 7pm, I glanced down at my car clock and it said 7pm so I decided to use the bus lane, Unfortunately the bus lane camera snapped me at 18:59:49 according to their evidence. So I was 11 seconds early to use the bus lane.

Can someone advise me please? I would have assumed a tiny bit of grace period built-in to the cameras but apparently not! :-(

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
