Title: Re: ADVICE ON ‘PAYMENT OVERDUE’ LETTER FROM SIP PARKING LTD - CLAREMONT ROAD, MANCHESTER
Post by: Naomi on December 10, 2025, 01:56:02 pm
I received a ‘payment overdue’ letter from SIP demanding payment of £115. This is the first letter I have received from them. At the time, the main road was blocked with other cars so the driver had to enter the car park to turn the car around.  The letter states the driver was there for 1.5 hours which is nonsense. Can anyone advise me what to do here? A part of me wants to ignore them but the other part is urging me to request evidence and question when the notice to keeper was sent etc.

Firstly, please read the READ THIS FIRST post and do what it asks. https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/read-this-first-private-parking-charges-forum-guide/

Secondly, why do you think they think you stayed for 90 minutes? Could you have triggered their cameras twice? It’s not uncommon and a failing on their part.
