Yes, I reckon about 7-8 seconds, so trivial, and a typical money-grubbing PCN we see so often. The problem is de minimis is something that is not defined, but we all know it when we see it; would an adjudicator know it too ?

It does seem you stopped at least half in the box but it's a fairly trivial stop at the edge of a long box.
Yours is the van on the right.

Thanks for the reply

The PCN number is HN71802721
Registration AO69LDJ
I don’t know how to attach an image of the PCN I received, I tried to paste the image but that didn’t work and I can’t find a way to attach the image :(

That link won't work without the PCN number and vehicle registration. Best for you would be to link to a copy of the PCN so it can be checked for errors which would render it void. But if that's beyond your ability, just provide the PCN number and registration for now.

Hi, can someone please advise if I have a case to appeal a 31j pcn from Hillingdon council.
I believe I was literally stationary in the box for approximately 7 seconds as the vehicle in front decided he didn't want to get any closer to the vehicle in front of him/her, I thought there was enough room for me to clear the box junction.
I'm not too good with computers and have attached the link for the video, I hope it works!
Thanks in advance
