OK. Can I get anything on the observation time? Does it really taken 0 minutes to issue a PCN?
-
Since 1 November when the external contractor changed from NSL to APCOA the wording on the front of the PCN was changed and is partly replicated on the back. Because of that anything vital which might be missing from the front page is on the back so messy though the PCN is. it is legally complaint in my view.
You can make any challenge you like and provided this reaches the council by 4 December they will offer the discount again if they reject you.
I have nothing to suggest as I think the alleged contravebntion did occur. Others might see something.

Posted higher up - can you view this?

If you provide the back of the pcn as requested then the words you have received can be compared to the lew to see if the pcn does contain all of the statutory data or not.
-
Spaces which are rarely used and which we are requesting to be removed. Is the pcn valid?
-
If only you had been on the single yellow.
Builders are a fact of life. They are building a single story extension next to me at the moment so by choice I park 100m away.
Nothing you have said justifies you depriving a doctor of a parking space.

The single yellow is fine until 11am. Unfortunately we have a building site with vans taking up valuable space!

Please also give us a copy of the back of the pcn showing the full extent of the size of it.
If it is only half printed it seems highly likely that some mandatory content is missing but all of the content will have to be available to us in order to crosscheck against the relevant regulations.
I'm not in sympathy with your parking but luckily I like Barnet Council even less.
You had clearly been in the doctor's bay for a long time as your car is frosted over.
The sign is clear, 8am to 8pm for doctors every day shows on the sign.
'Doctors' is painted on the ground.
You had a front wheel outside the box which is a contravention that often leads to a PCN.
Removal to the car pound has not arrived in Barnet, you are lucky that your car was not removed (which incurs a fee of £280).
Best sharpen up for the future.

I am unsure what additional info I need to post. This is the pcn as it was attached to the car. I should challenge saying it I'd not valid as it doesn't have all the legally mandated information?
-
Please help us to help you but not redacting information we need to assess whether you have a case or not. So please read this and update your thread accordingly : -
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/
If that is all the PCN consists of, then yes, I would say it is void as it does not contain legally mandated information.

Hi received pcn for being in doctors bay (on my street). Time is 9:02 - 9:02. Apparently observation time is only as long as is needed to issue the ticket. Surely this hasn't been done. Any chance of getting off here? Additionally the ticket is half printed (clearly rushing), is it valid?
