Please show us the letter. As long as the driver has not been identified, there is no Keeper liability in Scotland.

Hi!

I have just received the same letter from the same solicitor based in Edinburgh, based on a parking charge by a Ltd company called “Excel parking”. I have never responded to any of the letters up until now and wondering if you can give me any advice on how to play this one out? I was not the driver at the time of parking. Any help would be much appreciated  :)
