The allegation says "Payment not made /  permit not obtained in accordance with notified terms." So, what do the signs where the vehicle was parked say?

A family parked in the industrial estate attending a bar called the big penny social and got a pcn.

A family member got a PCN parked on a Sunday. I assume the area is a business park with a bar near by. Any grounds for appeal?
