We need to see the rejection letter as well as the PCN. Don't redact anything bar your name and address.

Goodwill doesn't exist in council parking departments and hasn't for many years; all that counts is that they get the money in.
However, please follow forum rules and post up the PCN, all sides, as it may contain fatal errors.

I have rejected a pcn (11u) on the grounds I genuinely paid for the wrong (old) vehicle. Providing receipt for the payment made with times & proof that the vehicle paid for used to be mine.
The challenge had been rejected as it is ‘the responsibility to enter correct vehicle details’ I thought this might be cleared on good will, is it worth pursuing to the next level or will it just get rejected again?
