Hi
Need a quick advice please.
I parked outside the marked bays at a shopping centre. Parking was free, but one of my car’s wheels was slightly over the line and into the next bay. I still received a fine by PCM( parking control management ltd)
I appealed to them, but my appeal was rejected. They offered me to pay £60 within 14 days but i was away so didn’t see the letter until it passed deadline so now fine is £100 or they offered to appeal at IAS.
can I do anything about this? Or should i just quietly pay the fine as i cannot get into hassle of court etc. is there any possibility if they can reduce it back to £60?
Any advice would be appreciated
