If you follow the advice you get here, you will not have to pay a penny to UKPC. However, it will take around 9-12+ months to conclude.
No initial appeal will ever be upheld and a POPLA appeal could go either way. If unsuccessful, you don’t pay as a POPLA decision is not binding on you.
Eventually, after you have ignored all the useless debt recovery letters, a county court claim will be issued. If defended using our advised template defence, in due course the claim would either be struck out or discontinued.
So, are you prepared to fight it and win or are you going to be low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree that is easily intimidated into paying out of ignorance and fear?

I received the following letter - I accidentally overstayed by 29 minutes, however I did make use of the shops at the retail park (cinema and restaurant).
Is there any recommended way to proceed with this or should I just ignore all correspondance? Thanks
