This location has come up a few times before. It's a box junction sited next to a private, gated, estate which we've argued isn't a valid place to put a box junction (it has to be at a junction of two roads, where a road requires unfettered public access).

In particular, see this thread from around a year ago.

Unfortunately, previous decisions are not binding (either on TFL or on the tribunal adjudicators) so you can't necessarily view this as a get out of jail free card (although it should weight the odds heavily in your favour).

First up, call TFL asap and ask them to send you the video - and ensure they put the clock on hold for a couple of weeks while they do so as this usually takes a while.  Once you have it, upload the footage to YouTube/Google Drive or similar and link it here so we can review to see if you have any stronger arguments available to you.

A few other posters have had issues with TFL and their DVDs either not arriving or not working so you may need to be proactive and keep on top of them.  Ultimately, if nothing arrives you still need to stick to the deadlines for submitting representations in your PCN or else you will lose by default.

Well, those are quality photos of the 'contravention'!

The Video is the evidence - but it being TFL you will need to request it from them - which they will send out on DVD  ::)

So sorry,

I was fined a pcn for entering and stopping on box junction.

In my defense, my back tyre is barely on the border of the box snd it was fairly dark and raining.

The full pcn is here :

Is this something I can appeal?
Haven't a clue, you've told us nothing at all. Clearly you have a PCN so why not post it here and also read this and update your thread accordingly: -
