You are not wrong with that, it is actually a parking charge.

I'll pay the "fine" and also give you £500 if you can show us the word "fine" in any of the correspondence you have received over this.

Hi all,

I have just been sent a parking fine for the same thing but I only parked in the carpark next due to the Starbucks carpark being full. Could you advise on how to go about this now?
