Time restriction presumably refers to adjacent DYL.

Need to see the PCN to look for technical appeal.

Pl post the PCN and GSV or in the short term the PCN number and your VRM. Also, are you the registered keeper with current DVLA details?

What the sign implies is that it is situated on the boundary between a 24/7 Loading Only bay and a yellow line waiting restriction which is marked with single kerb blips indicating a part-time loading restriction, in this case 11am-4pm.

But photos/GSV should reveal all!

I parked in a loading bay which had times on it. I thought because I was parked within the times it says no loading I could park there?

It says at the top loading only

Then a sign directly underneath says "No loading 11am - 4pm".

I parked about 12pm
